  • Please contact us straight away in order to cancel an order.

    Once the item has been shipped we can issue a refund once the item has returned.

    Please note any signs of the item being used or opened cannot be refunded.

  • Unfortunately we cannot adjust any orders as it may cause complications

  • If your item is damaged or incorrect please contact us with pictures.

    Once we have confirmed if we can accept your return, we will inform you.

    You can then either request a refund or resend the order.

  • In the UK we offer free tracked delivery.

    We normally ship your item within 3 working days.

    Once shipped, it takes an estimate of 2-5 working days to arrive.

    Please note, this could take longer as it is out of our control.

    Shipment out of the UK, we are working on solutions to reduce shipment cost.

  • Please contact us straight away and we can check if the order has been sent.

    If the order is sent then unfortunately the address cannot be changed.

  • We ship to UK, US and EU. If you cannot see your country or if you are outside of the UK, US and EU, please let us know. We will consider shipping it to you.

  • If you have any other questions or issues please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Your item will be shipped from the UK therefore there could be Import charges upon your delivery depending on your country.
    Please note this is the buyer responsibility.
