  • Please contact us straight away in order to cancel an order.

    Once the item has been shipped we can issue a refund once the item has returned.

    Please note any signs of the item being used or opened cannot be refunded.

  • Please contact us straight away, if the order has not been shipped yet we can make adjustments to your order.

  • If your item is damaged or incorrect please contact us with pictures.

    Once we have confirmed if we can accept your return, we will inform you.

    You can then either request a refund or resend the order.

  • We offer a free delivery which is a standard recorded delivery.

    We normally ship your item within 3 working days.

    Once shipped, it takes an estimate of 2-5 working days to arrive.

    Please note, this could take longer as it is out of our control.

    If the order is sent then unfortunately the address cannot be changed.

  • We only ship to the UK however we plan to soon expand to the EU and US
